Most modern day educators can be heard lamenting that their students don’t know how to “critically think”. The question is “Are we teaching our students how to think critically?”. More importantly, what do we mean we talk about “critical thinking”?

This month’s article by Daniel Willingham deals with the topic of Critical Thinking and perspectives on what this means. Come be part of a growing community of WesternU educators who are looking at some of the contemporary theories and research regarding teaching in today’s higher education classroom.
